I am not a restaurant or bar, can I still order BarLuxe?
Absolutely! Our products are designed for the rigors of commercial use but are perfect for entertaining, families with kids, use outdoors or anywhere you don't want broken glass.

What are these glasses made of?
All BarLuxe drinkware is made of a new plastic called Eastman Tritan™ that is BPA-free, virtually unbreakable yet has the clarity and gloss of glass even after hundreds of dishwashings. Find out more »

How are these different from other plastic glasses?
BarLuxe products look, feel and perform unlike plastic barware you have probably seen in the past. While polycarbonate and acrylic glassware will begin to crack, craze and lose clarity after just a few dishwashing cycles, BarLuxe drinkware made with Eastman Tritan will remain clear even after hundreds of cycles.

Are these glasses dishwasher safe?
One of the best features of BarLuxe is dishwasher durability. We recommend using the top rack on normal dishwashing cycle and keeping them away from the heating element. If you live in an area with hard water, a detergent boosters such as Lemi Shine can help with water spots. Do not use of harsh or abrasive scouring products and secure from contact with other items to avoid scratching.

Will these glasses break?

Why do I see clouding or fingerprints on my drinkware?
Some chemicals such as sunscreens, cosmetics containing sunscreen and certain essential oils can damage fabric and plastics including Tritan (the material used for our drinkware). While this will not impact the integrity of the glass, it may be more visible on our drinkware due to its clarity.  We recommend avoiding contact of sunscreen, cosmetics/lotions that contain sunscreen and essentials oils with your BarLuxe drinkware as much as possible.

When will I get my order?
We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround. All orders placed weekdays before 4:00pm central time will ship out that day. Orders placed after 4pm, on weekends or holidays will ship on the following business day via FedEx Ground or UPS. Transit times range from 1 to 4 days. See shipping information for details »

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. BarLuxe also offers payment terms net 30 days for approved accounts. Please contact a customer service representative for details at 855.BarLuxe.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products. If one of our glasses breaks, chips or shatters, we will gladly replace it.  If you ordered the wrong item or change your mind, you may return for a credit less a 15% restocking fee and original shipping charge within 30 days of original sale. Items must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition with all original packaging. A BarLuxe representative must first authorize all returns so please contact customer service at 855.BarLuxe before returning any items. Is monogramming available?
Yes, all of our drinkware can be engraved with your logo or monogram of your choice. Unlike many customized products, you can often receive your drinkware with a quick turnaround. Please contact a customer service representative for details at 855.BarLuxe or email customerservice@barluxe.com
